Tom Clark — Chair
Tom is the Executive Vice-President of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this position Tom was the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Jefferson Economic Council (JEC), a public/private economic development agency for Jefferson County, Colorado (Denver's western suburbs and foothills). JEC is a collaborative effort of county government, governments of the major cities within the county, and both large and small employers throughout the county. Tom was also founder and first president of the Metro Denver Network (economic development non-profit for the entire metropolitan area) that he will soon return to as CEO. Tom's role in the business community and his leadership of Civic Results has made it possible for Civic Results to bring the private sector in as an active partner on projects, ranging from multi-modal transportation to affordable housing.

Linda Morton — Vice-Chair
Linda is a former city councilwoman and former mayor of the city of Lakewood Colorado, the fourth largest city in Colorado. Mayor Morton was a founder and former chairperson of Metro Mayors Caucus. Linda has been a key advisor regarding the direction of the Metro Mayors Caucus and Civic Results' local government programs. Linda has provided the leadership among municipal officials that has made it possible for Civic Results to involve them in strategies to support public transportation and growth management initiatives, both at the Denver Regional Council of Governments, the Colorado Municipal League and the Colorado State Legislature.

Bill Mosher — Secretary/Treasurer
Bill joined Trammell Crow Company in March 2006 as the Area Director for Development and Investment, where he oversees the Company's development and investment activities in Colorado. Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company he co-founded Mosher Sullivan and was the previous owner of Mile High Development. Bill is also the past president of the Downtown Denver Partnership (DDP). Bill is an expert in the planning, developing and managing of urban real estate. Bill has more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of urban real estate. Bill serves as Chairman of the Board of the Denver Housing Authority, a member of the Colorado Forum, and a member of the boards of the Griese Foundation's Judi's House, Civic Results Inc., and the Downtown Denver Partnership's Denver Civic Ventures. Bill is a past board member and chairman of the International Downtown Association and a past board member of the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce.

Ken Fellman
Ken is an attorney in private practice specializing in Telecommunications law and policy development, local government law, cable television and public utilities franchising, local government/community broadband networks, right of way management, commercial litigation, and business law. Ken is a former City Council member and Mayor of the City of Arvada. Ken also served as the chair of the Metro Mayors Caucus for 2 years.

Happy Haynes
Happy currently works for Denver Public Schools as Assistant to the Superintendent for Community Partnerships. She is a former member of Denver City Council and city council president. Happy is a long time community and neighborhood activist, acting as a facilitator of collaborative and community based planning and decision making processes. Happy has provided direction on numerous programs and helped with fundraising for LCSC's Active Living Project.

Stephanie Garcia Mejia
Stephanie is a private developer. She focuses on redevelopment and new development in inner-city neighborhoods. Prior to joining the private sector Stephanie served in the Finance Department of the City and County of Denver. She provides Civic Results with accounting and financial oversight.

Marilee Utter
Marilee is president of Citiventure Associates LLC. Marilee has been developing executable solutions for tough land use problems for over 25 years. Before founding Citiventure Associates, Marilee served as the Transit-Oriented Development Specialist for the Regional Transportation District (Denver); Regional Vice President for Trillium Corporation, a real estate development company; Director of Asset Management for the City and County of Denver; and Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank.
